I am a singer/songwriter from the heart of America. I was born and raised in Kansas and have been influenced by the music of Rich Mullins, Andrew Osenga, Andrew Peterson, my older brother Andrew Hawkinson, and if your name is Andrew I would love to be influenced by your music as well. Seriously though, I have been writing and singing songs since I was seventeen years old. I'm twice that age now, and have had the opportunity to be a husband, father, Paramedic, basketball coach, and Staff Director at a Bible Camp. My music is a reflection of my life: a range of topics and interests with a central theme of connection. We share this experience called life together and, to my way of thinking, are looking for similar things. Peace, hope, love, a sense of belonging, and community.
